About this event
Tech leadership is naturally a crucial part of any tech scale-up. This period brings with it unique and diverse challenges. Whether you are someone that has been with the business from the beginning or joined specifically to help scale the business you will need to create a tech strategy that allows the company to fulfil it’s vision.
During this event we will speak to people that have ridden this journey about the various challenges they faced and advice they would offer following their experiences.
Who should sign up: • Experienced scale-up CTOs with opinions on the matter and advice to share • CTOs who have recently started, or are about to start a company with plans to scale • Aspiring CTOs who are eager to hear about future challenges
How it will run: The roundtable will begin with a pre-requested question which will be asked by our host, Dom French. Anyone that has experience on the matter is welcome to share their experience and lessons they have learned along the way. Others are free to jump in with questions to create a lively discussion. It will run from 12:30 until at least 13:00.
This is a London CTOs event in association with CTO Craft. This is our twelfth virtual roundtable over recent weeks, previous events have covered topics such as dealing with a crisis, finding your next role, remote tools and transitioning from the tech team to the leadership team.
